The 2007 Ford Shelby GT500’s interior has been tweaked to appeal to driving enthusiasts, with the speedometer and tachometer swapped, and a new choice of color scheme: Charcoal Black or Charcoal Black and Crimson Red. Differences between the coupe and convertible, besides the drop-top, are limited to weight. In building the Cobra convertible, engineers added more than 125 lbs. of weight, mostly due to structural reinforcements.
