A 2-door, 4-passenger convertible, the 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser GT Convertible is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 220-horsepower turbo engine rated at 21-mpg in the city and 27-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims, and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible was all new, so the 2005 model is much the same as in 2004.
