Ease of getting and and out. No 'Climbing' and/or stretching

I haven't found that yet.

 Advice to buyer:
If you're looking at the Ranger, take a short ride up a steep hill in each. Isuzu wins HANDS DOWN !

 Detailed review:
I was considering the Ford Ranger and the Chevy/GMC Canyou/Colorado until I looked at the standard warranty on the Isuzu.
